4. How do I place an order?

Easy-peasy. Just pick your favorite mug, add it to your cart, and check out. You’ll get an order confirmation instantly and shipping updates along the way.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options — UPI, debit/credit cards, and wallets. Basically, if you can buy coffee with it, you can buy a mug with it.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We usually ship within 2–3 working days, and delivery takes about 5–7 working days depending on your location in India.

7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No exchanges, sorry. But if your mug arrives damaged, we’ve got your back! Just share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
